A NKA participates in the “CPLP Global Economic Forum”, which takes place between 25 and 27 February 2016, in the city of Dili, Timor -East. Hosted and planned by the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, this first global economic forum is supported by the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP), the CPLP Exporters Union (EU-CPLP) and of the CPLP Business Confederation (CE-CPLP).
With this presence, NKA reinforces its activity in the countries of the CPLP. Since this is a return to Timor, this is a new phase of entry into the Timorese market, as well as in Southwest Asian countries, with a view to the internationalization process of its technological solutions , aiming to encourage commercial exchanges.
The “CPLP Global Economic Forum” aims to create the necessary stimulus for the creation of partnerships between companies in the Community space.

The event is part of the slogan “CPLP and Globalization”, chosen by the Timorese Presidency in office of the Organization, wishing to propagate the theme “Timor-Leste as a Platform for Development” and stimulate the union of “ efforts to, in a globalized and increasingly competitive environment, plant the CPLP flag in world affairs”, says the Timorese Minister of State, Coordinator of Economic Affairs and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Estanislau da Silva.
