NKA joined the FICIS International Forum, being an EVENT PARTNER of this initiative.
“Specialists, cities, and companies will meet in Braga, from the 16th to the 19th of April, to discuss strategies in favor of more intelligent and sustainable communities. This is the FICIS International Forum, which, in addition to promoting debate in this sector, reinforces the city’s position as a pole of attraction.
Specifically dedicated to the theme “Smart and Sustainable Communities”, the four days of the event will allow an integrated vision of several areas, vital for urban performance and innovation: energy, economy, urban regeneration, security, governance, technology, innovation, sustainability, and mobility. The organization anticipates that the Forum will gather more than 5000 visitors.
On the urban trends side, the panel “The Future of Cities” will be attended by the mayors of Braga, Ricardo Rio, of Porto, Rui Moreira, and of Vigo (Spain), Abel Caballero Alvarez, in addition to the president of the National Association of Municipalities of Portugal, Manuel Machado, and the president of the Eixo Atlântico, Carlos Negreira.”
